My Network and Sharing Center won’t load, there is no icon in the taskbar, and I can’t “Repair Your Computer”?
I have a Dell Vista.
If I open Network and Sharing Center, it says the page will not load in the middle.
The NaSC icon isn’t in the taskbar, no X, no caution sign, no Earth, not even a computer.
I think I deleted my recovery partition, but now I can’t go to the F8 “Repair Your Computer” menu.
I tried a Recovery Disk, but that didn’t work.
