1. WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

You will need to contact us for an initial consultation appointment. The first hour is free…with no obligation. During this consultation you will help us to define your needs and expectations. Once these have been established, we will begin the design.  50% deposit will be collected at this time.

2. WHY DO I NEED A WEB SITE?

4. HOW MUCH IS YOUR HOSTING?

Technical Design Solutions offers a variety of hosting packages available to meet every budget.  We also offer domain name renewal.  Hosting and Domain Name Registration is renewable each year on the anniversary date of your web site.

5. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WEB SITE I ALREADY HAVE?

It could be that if you had your Web Site designed several years ago, technology was limited and Flash Animation was just in development. The high profile Corporate Image was much more difficult to achieve, yet today it has become the standard.  The credibility of a quality web site can quickly determine the first impression of your company.

6. CAN YOU DO RESTAURANT MENUS?

Yes, we do Menu design at a very affordable fee. Please contact us to obtain a quote for this service.

7. CAN YOU DO GRAPHIC AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL?

Yes, custom graphic design is our specialty.  This can include both printable and digital, as well as development of all Promotional and Marketing materials and Consulting. Please contact us to obtain a quote for these services.

8. WHEN WILL MY GRAPHIC OR WEB SITE DESIGN BE COMPLETED?

At various stages throughout the design process, we will have you review your design or web site for satisfaction. We strive to have your Web Site completed in about 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. (the remaining 50% balance will be due at the time of completion prior to web site launch)

9. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MOVE BY BUSINESS LOCATION?

Your Web Site goes with you where ever you are. The internet is World Wide and so you will be accessible from all over the world.  We will change your business address on your web site for free.

10. WHAT IS HOSTING?

Hosting is the service that allows your Web Site to be accessed on the Internet and viewable to the public.

11. WHERE CAN I GET HELP WITH MY SHOPPING CART?

We are only an email or a telephone call away at anytime. Just contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We make ourselves available for your first orders, so that you know how the process flows.

12. WHAT 'TERMS" DO YOU OFFER?

We strive to  accommodate your marketing budget.  Please talk with us so we may be able to create a plan for your design needs.

13. IF YOU DESIGN MY WEB SITE CAN I UPDATE IT MYSELF?

Yes, we make available to you all passwords and access to the control panel. If this is the case it could be that you will need a Content Management Web Site that will allow you to login and make your own updates.

If you opt for the more conventional we site then you will need to know basic HTML.  Flash Animated Web Sites require the appropriate skill set and software.

All source codes used to create the design will remain the intellectual property of Technical Design Solutions so that any modifications or duplicates can be made.  This will include Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop or any other software or application that we use. 

14. DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT?

Yes, under normal circumstances we do have a basic contract that is signed by both parties at the beginning of the project.  This is for your protection.  However, unlike some design firms whom you must retain services for a specified period of time, we pride ourselves in your returning without pressure for your continued design needs due to our exceptional value and customer satisfaction.
